Cooker-Mixer-Stretchers

Similar to our cheese cooker-mixers, these CMS units have two additional stretching chambers with stretching arms separated by an adjustable dam for flow rate control. Ideal for pasta filata cheeses where stretching the curd is an integral part of the production process.

Waterless Cookers

Direct steam injection is the cooking method used by our waterless cookers. Whether you’re looking for a table top, lab size or large production model, we have the design and fabrication expertise to deliver a cooker that meets your specific needs.
