Koss tank skid aids in production of COVID-19 vaccine

JANUARY 2021 - Koss Industrial recently completed work on a skidded tank system that will be used by a Chicago-area manufacturer to produce a needed ingredient in the COVID-19 vaccine. What would normally be a 3+ month build process was condensed to one month at the request of the ingredient manufacturer and the FDA.

Our purchasing department processed a large number of rush orders and our fabrication, polishing and waterjet teams worked overtime and weekends during the holiday season to ensure this critically needed system was delivered by the January 4 deadline. 

A second system has been requested for delivery in early 2021.
